Are you sad, angry, or simply frustrated?
As we all know life is not always as easy as we want it to be. It can present many challenges for us to deal with.
If you feel sad, anxious, or frustrated my suggestion would be is to “Grab a Brush” and start creating. I am certain that it will liberate you from your worries.
Art creation offers purpose, releases stress and anxiety and also provides you with a sense of pride. We are creative by nature, and you may not realize until you try, what a brush in your hand and a few strokes of paint, can do to your well-being, regardless of your artistic talent or skill level.
